Connective Tissue Massage can improve performance and range of motion, flexibility and aid in posture.Employed by dancers, performers and athletes .

Swedish Massage can be light or deep. Incorporating short circular or pinching moves to long relaxing strokes. Lowers heart rate, improves circulation, increases melatonin and decreases cortisol in the body.

Rates are $150.00 for an hour and one half for all bodywork/massage excluding any applicable taxes.
