I have been practicing massage and bodywork techniques since 1992 after graduating from Health Choices School of Massage and Bodywork under the tutelage of Kris Shaw, Gene Dillman and Renata Novak.         

I studied Cranioacral and Connective Tissue Massage with Doctor Ron Lavine, Trager, Myofacial Release 1 & 2, Myofascial Unwinding with Dr. John Barns. Ayurvedic Massage modalities with the esteemed Drs. Reddy. Reiki Master Level 3 with Malia Murphy.

Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue and Energy Healing. I am a third degree Master Reiki Practitioner as well. 

In the early '90s I hosted and Executive Produced a cable TV Show, BODYWORK, THE RIGHT TOUCH WAY exploring the unique features of bodywork modalities, the similarities and differences and which modality to chose for your particular needs. There are over 230 different bodywork modalities to chose from. In this show I demonstrated bodywork modalities, discussed their unique application and gave an inside look as clients received treatment.

Many of my clients are massage, body-workers, health care providers as well as dentists, lawyers, teachers and people just like you and me who want great massage/touch/healing/stress relief.
